In the original building layout, the 3rd floor was set up as office spaces.. We converted it into 4 modern apartments. This unit is one of the largest of the four, with a suite, two additional bedrooms and one extra bathroom, an accessible interior courtyard and very generous areas.

We tried to replicate the style and finishes of the original apartments of the 4th and 5th floors. On the floors we installed parquet floors in herringbone design , for the bathrooms we used 15cm wide white tiles, with two black lines recreating the original border,. The bathroom floors are made of Estremoz pink marble. The apartment has all the amenities of the present, with the art deco charm of the 40's.


The two two fronts and the interior light shaft flood this apartment with natural light at any time of day. The kitchen is brand new and is equipped with semi-professional natural gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. This apartment has a separate laundry area.

The apartment is equipped with central heating by new water radiators, natural gas boiler with solar support, thermo-accumulator of 1500 liters, more than enough for the shower of the family and guests.

The rehabilitation included the total replacement of mechanical systems, with new electrical system, plumbing, wastewater lines, video door entry system and ITED communications network. All rooms have ethernet and coaxial outlets installed.
