In the original building layout, the 3rd floor was set up as office spaces. We converted the entire floor into 4 modern apartments. This unit has two extraordinary balconies facing Rua de Sá da Bandeira, a living room with 33.5 m2, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

We tried to replicate the style and finishes of the original apartments of the 4th and 5th floors. On the floors we installed parquet floors in herringbone design , for the bathrooms we used 15cm wide white tiles, with two black lines recreating the original border,. The bathroom floors are made of Estremoz pink marble. The apartment has all the amenities of the present, with the art deco charm of the 40's.

The kitchen is fully equipped with semi-professional gas stove, fridge, dishwasher and washer.
For hot water we installed an electric boiler/accumulator to complement the bulk of the heating generated by solar panels. .

The rehabilitation included the total replacement of mechanical systems, with new electrical network, pipeline network, wastewater network, video door entry system and ITED communications network. All enclosures have communication sockets installed. We also installed new, top of the line vinyl windows, with excellent energy, light and sound ratings.
